Bel Executives to Present at ECIA Conference in October
On Monday, October 21st, three of Bel's executives will be speaking in Chicago at the ECIA 2024 Executive Conference on the strategies that go beyond traditional onboarding, focusing on the critical role of organizational culture in the success of mergers and acquisitions. Bel leadership will include:
- Suzanne Kozlovsky has over 20 years of HR leadership experience. She joined Bel in November 2022 as the Global Head of People.
- Joe Berry is Vice President of Magnetic Solutions. Joe joined Bel in 1999 through the acquisition of Lucent Technologies’ Transformer and Inductor division.
- Lynn Hutkin is the Vice President of Financial Reporting and Investor Relations for Bel Fuse Inc. Lynn has been with Bel for 16 years in roles of increasing responsibilities in the areas of corporate accounting, financial reporting and investor relations.
Attendees at the conference will learn how to foster a culture that not only welcomes new hires but also aligns with their values and goals, ensuring they remain engaged and invested long after the initial hire.
